Renovated with sustainable principles in mind our off grid cottage ensures a comfortable stay with minimal impact. We source our power via solar and instant hot water is supplied by gas. Cooking is simple in the self contained kitchen using a full gas oven and hobs or Weber BBQ outside on the deck. Native bush walks throughout the property are available for the more energetic, up to see 360 degree rural views rolling out to the sea in the distance. Enjoy the many unique species of birds - Tui's flittering past, the different calls of the Bell Bird and Morepork's at night. Take advantage of the endless photo opportunities or simply relax on the deck with a good book and favourite beverage. One bedroom containing a queen size bed - at the end of this a single divan bed and above this the option of a fold down bunk style bed. Climb up the ladder into a small, light and airy loft which contains 2 foam mattresses which you can arrange as you need. Please note the loft isn’t suitable for small children, guests with a fear of heights, inflexible guests oh and after a few alcoholic drinks.
