Close proximity to boat ramps and ski lane. 15 minutes to Turangi township, hot pools and world class trout fishing in the Tongariro River, and the many tourist activities the area has to offer. 50 minutes to Whakapapa ski fields. Mountain for skiing is 1 Hour and close to all local tourist attractions,Turangi 10 mins drive. Local hot mineral pools 10 mins away. Beautiful walk tracks are all right in the door step. Taupo is 40 Min drive for day trip, dinner, or tourist adventures.
