Sunny, spacious, family home. Central location to surf beach, shopping malls, cafes and restaurants. This house is located in a quiet cul de sac and will suit a family wanting a quiet holiday. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed , the third bedroom has a king single and trundler bed if needed. The fourth bedroom has a set of single Bunk beds. We have two spare mattress’ in the garage that is carpeted.Lots of room for the kids to spread out . The tramp has a sprinkler attachment for the children to enjoy the hot days. We have a comfy relaxing outdoor couch to enjoy the summer days and nights .
