About this Holiday House

Situated on a sunny sheltered drive on section five minutes walk up Golden Bay Road from the Hotel, shops and restaurants. This house has spectacular views of the village harbour and Foveaux Strait. With Traill Park next door which leads on to popular bush walks. It’s five bedrooms are perfect for both couples and families. The house has full facilities. It has an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with TV. One bathroom with toilet and a second toilet and hand basin. NO WI FI available at the house. All rooms are centrally heated with hot water radiators. A self drive eight seater 4WD coach is also available for your transfer and for you to use free of charge during your stay. Fuel used by guests must be replaced.

Great position to town, the rugby field and Fuscia Lane bush walkway to town. Nice view of the water. The house is in a state of an old half done renovation that needs to be finished. Which I didn’t realise at the time of renting. It has plenty of bedrooms but only one bathroom, but a second toilet and hand basin. It was warm and cosy with a good kitchen. I believe the owners were about to carry on the renovation. It is worth doing.

Cute, old school house. Beautiful kitchen and great views. Looking a bit tired on the outside but comfortable on the inside. The van was welcomed but required a bit of work getting it started. Fi and Heath were very responsive and great to deal with. Recommend.
