About this Holiday House

We offer our family holiday home primarily to other families wanting a holiday with their family and friends. We do not hire out our holiday home for parties and the likes. Centrally located in Moana, '4 Johns Road' sits on the corner of Johns Road and Arnold Valley Road, within easy walking distance to the lake, local park and playground, cafe, restaurant, local pub and petrol station/general store, 4 Johns Road Moana is a very comfortable, large, modern, 4 bedroom family home that sleeps up to 10 guests. Its spacious, open plan layout makes it the ideal location for one or two families to relax and enjoy everything that Lake Brunner and the surrounding West Coast area has to offer. Excellent off street parking for cars and boats with plenty of extra space on the quiet side street, make this the perfect holiday destination. Fully equipped, the house includes unlimited Fibre delivered Wi-Fi, Freeview TV, home theatre system (perfect to entertain on the occasional wet day!) with 55 inch plasma TV and surround sound. Apple TV and Chromecast are also included. Full height floor to ceiling windows and the large open plan dining/living area ensure you’ll enjoy expansive, full scale views of the lake from the dinning area, lounge and kitchen. The continuous double glass slider opens up and brings the outdoors in, creating a seamless flow to the concrete patio and BBQ area. The outdoor area is also covered, to create extra living space for barbecuing or enjoying a drink out on the patio taking in the magnificent sunsets over the lake. The property contains 4 large bedrooms: a main bathroom (with bath plus separate shower) and a separate toilet completes the accommodation. The master bedroom (queen) features an ensuite that includes an additional shower and toilet. There is another double bedroom (king), along with a further two bedrooms with bunks and trundler bed. The property also contains a separate laundry with washing machine and drier. 4 Johns Road is bright, open and airy in the summer, yet very warm and cosy in winter, being double glazed with a roaring log burner (firewood supplied) for a cosy winter getaway. We know you will have a very relaxed and enjoyable stay at any time of the year. Please see photos of the property included in this listing. The house is fully equipped to suit 2 families. Large lounge with log burner (firewood supplied), open plan kitchen/dining. Unlimited Fibre delivered Wi-Fi. DVD and 55 inch plasma TV keep the kids amused on the occasional rainy day. Apple TV and Chromecast are also included. Good selection of DVDs/reading material provided. Freeview TV to get good reception. Double glazed. Heaters in each bedroom. BBQ area. Outstanding views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Just by the school for the kids playground. Iveagh Bay is just 5 minutes away.

Everything the stunning West Coast has to offer!…plus excellent water-skiing, wakeboarding, wake surfing, power boating, jet boating, sailing, kayaking, safe swimming, mountain biking, fishing, fly fishing, nature walks, tramping, hunting…etc, etc. Wonderful bush walks and relaxing beaches over the swing bridge across the Arnold River. Iveagh Bay is just 5 minutes away plus there are easy driving distances to Greymouth, Hokitika, Punakaiki, the Glaciers etc…

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Great location & views. Fantastic selection of books & DVDs which we all enjoyed. A very relaxing break, felt like we had escaped the real world for a few days.
