We offer our family holiday home primarily to other families wanting a holiday with their family and friends. We do not hire out our holiday home for parties and the likes. Full height floor to ceiling windows and the large open plan dining/living area ensure you’ll enjoy expansive, full scale views of the lake from the dinning area, lounge and kitchen. The continuous double glass slider opens up and brings the outdoors in, creating a seamless flow to the concrete patio and BBQ area. The outdoor area is also covered, to create extra living space for barbecuing or enjoying a drink out on the patio taking in the magnificent sunsets over the lake. The property contains 4 large bedrooms: a main bathroom (with bath plus separate shower) and a separate toilet completes the accommodation. The master bedroom (queen) features an ensuite that includes an additional shower and toilet. There is another double bedroom (king), along with a further two bedrooms with bunks and trundler bed. The property also contains a separate laundry with washing machine and drier. 4 Johns Road is bright, open and airy in the summer, yet very warm and cosy in winter, being double glazed with a roaring log burner (firewood supplied) for a cosy winter getaway.
