Situated high on Queenstown Hill, the impressive and unobstructed views from Queenscliff are never-ending; taking in the stunning colours of Lake Wakatipu and the commanding outline of Cecil and Walter Peaks and the famous Remarkables mountain range. Queenstown Hill is a prestigious area with iconic views; a peaceful location yet just minutes from all of the action of downtown Queenstown. It's a 15 minute walk down the hill or a 3 minute drive to town.
This centrally located, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home boasts a convenient and spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall windows and sliding glass doors line this main room, providing the most amazing views and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow out onto a large deck with BBQ and outdoor dining. On the lower level, relax in the bubbling outdoor spa pool* with a glass of local wine while immersed in the panoramic views.
Queenscliff is split over 3 levels and is 409 sqm in size, perfect for groups of friends or 2 families who require space to spread out. There are 3 different outdoor areas, all which showcase the gorgeous lake views. There is also a fantastic separate media room with reclining leather couches, a huge Smart TV with SKY channels, books and boardgames.
The home is warm and cosy with heat pumps in every room (substituting as air con for summer guests), a gas fire in the lounge, heated towel rails and wall heaters in the bathrooms.
Two of the four double bedrooms have king split beds, meaning they can each be set up as 1x king or 2x singles. This offers great flexibility for different group dynamics. A sofa bed is available for a 9th guest. Please note that this must be pre-booked and additional charges apply.
*Please note that the spa pool is an optional extra. A one-off charge of NZ$150 applies for use of the spa pool, which is to have it professionally valeted, heated and ready for your arrival.
Practicalities include a double garage for secure off-street parking with internal access, a ski rack and drying cupboard, an internal lift, free unlimited fibre WiFi and local calls, full laundry facilities, premium linens, toiletries and kitchen basics. Guests are welcome to use the golf clubs, mountain bikes, Mac desktop computer, printer, rucksacks for walking and chilly bins for picnics by the lake.

When booking this property, you are agreeing to the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You will also receive a full document after confirming.
- Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.
- Queenscliff is for a maximum of 8 guests, and occupancy must not be exceeded.
- If you wish to use the spa pool, a one-off NZ$150 fee applies.
- A standard exit clean is included with your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example.
- Queenscliff is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held without prior consent from the owners or Manager. Maximum guest numbers and a Venue Hire fee applies. Please enquire for Ts and Cs.
- Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am.
- Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Smoking/vaping is allowed outside only with windows and doors shut.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- We require a security bond of $1,000 due prior to arrival, which is held in trust until after the guests have vacated the property and a full inspection has been completed. The security bond is refunded to the guest by way of the credit card used for payment less any costs, which include but are not limited to: Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure that result in extended housekeeping hours. Loss of keys, missing items, carpet cleaning, repair of damages to the property and chattels or excessive rubbish removal.
