This is a wonderful house, well-appointed, comfortable, clean and bright. It is also a 2-3 minute walk (downhill) to the main street, shops, ferry etc. The view from the deck is phenomenal and we were visited several times by kaka, tui and other native birds. Recommend highly.

A modern spacious house in an ideal quiet location. Located just up the hill from the center of Oban, this home is very close to everything you need, and has a splendid view. It's about a 3 minute walk from the airplane shuttle, around 5 minutes from the hotel, and around 7 minutes from the ferry terminal, The hosts were very accommodating. and the house was well appointed. We loved staying at Latt47 and wouldn't hesitate staying there again!

We loved the amazing views of the harbour, bush and birds. Beds were comfy & everything was clean. Thanks to the manager & home owners we had a lovely holiday.
