Overlooking the harbor with a very short stroll to the surf beach, this holiday home is ideally located. The decorative touches of coastal New Zealand throughout compliment this modern and clean property. While not isolated, Omaha is a world away from city life. We have vacationed in various New Zealand locations over the years; this bach is our top choice. Although we were not in need of anything after our arrivals (we have stayed more than once), the owners were always available. We have stayed here several times now and would have to say it is top of our list for our next holiday! The location right on the harbours edge is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views and sunsets and is only a short walk to the beautiful ocean beach on the other side of peninsula, where the water is clean and the beach is safe. The holiday home is very well appointed, clean and comfortable and ideal for chilling out. Cant wait to visit in the winter to use the huge fireplace. The local coffee shop is an awesome place to stop after a walk on the beach in the morning and we loved the Matakana markets and local village with so many interesting things to do and see. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back!
