This is a beautifully designed home, with all day sun and great indoor-outdoor living, covered deck with lovely outdoor fire and fenced backyard. It is a great relaxing place.

5min walk to restaurant and shop, 5min walk to golf course. All lake facilities close. In a nice quiet area, great for kids. Lovely Woodlins walk 2mins away

This is such a gem of a find in Kinloch It was perfect for our group of 7 who were all doing various distances in the Taupo Ultra. Close to start and finish lines. House is warm and well supplied with all the things you need (we did bring our own bedding and towels). The house is large enough that our group had plenty of room. We will definitely be looking to book this home again next time.

The house was amazing. Everything was great, couldnt fault it anywhere. Child friendly aswel which was a bonus! We will definetly be back in the future sometime.
