Sleeps 19 and includes 8 kayaks and a stand up paddle board for your use. Large open living area with 3 big couches, 42” flatscreen TV, nice stereo with tablet running Spotify and Netflix. Only 1 Neighbour. On-site parking for several cars and boat. All guests eligible for the Covid vaccine must be fully vaccinated and provide their certificate when requested on booking and/or on arrival. Interaction with guests We live in Auckland but our caretaker lives just 300 metres from the house in case anything arises during your stay.
