Kaka Point has a safe beach that is patrolled over the summer. Our holiday house is a 3-4 mins walk to the beach, shop, restaurant, cafe and bar. Play Ground acroos the road. Tennis Courts and Bush Walks nearby.

Good value. Heat pump was on when we arrived. Well equipped. Comfortable. A great base to explore the Catlins.

Very comfortable and warm home. Everything we wanted and needed. Be nice in the summer to be able to sit out on the deck, but we chose to go in winter. Handy to beach and shop and pub. Thanks
