About this Holiday House

Modernised 3 bedroom brick house. Open plan living with modern kitchen, log fire and heat pump. Great indoor/outdoor flow. Three decks with shade sail, gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. Bedroom 1 - Queen sized bed and one set of single bunks. Bedroom 2 - Queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 - Two sets of single bunks. Linen available for hire on request. Cleaning service available for $80 if required. Plenty of off-street parking. Situated on quiet street. Walking distance to shopping centre, playground, restaurants, swimming pool and skatepark. Close to Lakes Benmore, Ruataniwha and Ohau. A minimum booking of 3 nights is preferred in the NZ school holidays.

Great modern home. We had friends staying in the area and it provided a fantastic hub for us all to be. Warm house. Comfy beds. Fantastic location- we were able to walk everywhere. Definitely recommend to anyone

Great communication and service from the host. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home, highly recommend and would defo stay again! Has a heat pump in living room, and a HRV ventilation system serving each bedroom.. so the place was wall heated and ventilated. Really loved the wood stove also - was really cosy! The large, well equipped kitchen was fantastic for group meals. Loved the extra large clothes line (we fit laundry for 4 people on it!) and and the lovely deck area (even though we didn't use as we're out and about).
