Thank you for your comments.... and the way you left the house. When I popped in to add some more games to the games cupboard I initially thought your group must have been a no-show- the house had been left so clean.

Minimum $250 per night, for up to 10 guests when booking two or more nights. ($400 minimum booking for a single night for up to 10 people). Additional $20 per adult per night. Long Weekends and school holidays minimum rate of $300 per night. Enquire for further information. Reduced pricing for School and Youth Groups. A $300 Bond/Deposit is required with the Booking for family & service groups. Bookings other than families & service groups require a $600 Bond and reference checks may be requested. Conditions of Use + Fire Safety & Drill Procedures must be read & signed prior to any bookings being accepted. NB For our "high user" families/groups, special Mon to Fri discounted rates @ $200 per night from Feb to May apply.
