Ideal for families with kids. This tidy 3 bedroom home offers the best of both worlds. 15min walk from beautiful beaches, yet set amongst green rolling hills. A short stroll to local shops, or ten min drive to Matakana markets, movies & vineyards. This family home includes a huge lawn to run around and play, a trampoline, bbq, deck, space to unwind :-) Take a stroll through the untouched bush, or head to beach with the kids and a good book. Or launch the boat at your choice of local ramps....... :-) Private & Quiet. You will love this lifestyle block - right on the edge of a peaceful residential village, and backed on to a 50 acre 'play farm'. Best of all - you & your kids get to look after our TWO lovely kiddy friendly CATS (Toby & Rhonda)!! (extra mattress / stretcher available if wanted)

We had an excellent time staying here with a few friends over the New Year's period. Very private and peaceful spot in an excellent location for exploring the area. Melody is a helpful, kind, and accomodating host. Highly recommend!

My family stayed in this delightful spot over Christmas. It was a very relaxed family time, the house had plenty of room for adults and children. The children especially enjoyed the child friendly space with trampoline, hens to feed and room to run about in a safe environment. We will most certainly rent this house for Christmas again if it is available in 2016. Warm regards, Shirin

We had an awesome stay at this house over New Years. Perfect size for a few adults and children. The section was brilliant for our young boy with lots of fun things to do. Very tidy inside & out. A short stroll to the beach or shops. We'd definitely stay again. Cheers!
