Home from home. Wish could stay longer.. just perfect for our family . Felt home

This is the most amazing spot. Our new favourite family bach. So well set up, incredible value for money. Very welcoming and accommodating hosts, Gill and Alistair. So handy to everything you need, shops, bike track, cafe's etc. We braved the lake each morning to get the day started (brrr but awesome) and the little beach right in front of the cottage is perfect and in Summer would be absolutely glorious. We loved our long weekend here and hopefully will make it a regular visit. Thank you so much! Sean and Emily

A clean, warm, comfortable holiday home in a very quiet location with absolutely everything you would need. Our flight from Auckland was cancelled so we had to hire a rental car and didn’t arrive until after 10pm at night. Our lovely host Gill had the lights and heater on for our arrival which was brilliant. Thanks Gill. The home is handy to the airport and is a 10 minute drive along the waterfront to the Taupo township. Thank you for your kind hospitality. We would love to stay again sometime.
