About this Holiday House

If you would like peace and quiet in our lovely city our modern,sunny two bedroom apartment is ideal. Our apartment adjoining our home has a large lounge, fully self contained kitchen, washing facilities,TV,video and a microwave . We have a safe enclosed front yard for children to play in. Cot can be supplied if needed. We are a 5 - 10 minute drive to the centre of Christchurch. There is a swimming pool 10 minutes walk away and the bus stop is 5 minutes walk away. Cancellation Policy If you fail to turn up we will use your credit card to pay for the booking. If you give us 7 days notice before the booking date we will not access your credit card Internet Banking Your Internet banking deposit will be returned to you if you give us 7 days notice before the booking date. Departure time is 10am Arrival time is 12pm IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE USING THE 'I AM NOT A ROBOT' FORM ON THE ENQUIRY FORM, PLEASE CLICK THE HEADPHONE ICON AND YOU CAN USE AN AUDIO QUIZ INSTEAD.

Thank you so much, we had a lovely weekend and comfortable stay. We have stayed at Bev & Kerry's apartment several times over the years, and this stay was no different to the usual good quality accommodation they provide.

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights. A perfect location to visit family and enjoy some lovely walks and to go to the pool. Very comfortable accommodation, spotlessly clean, sunny and lovely private garden. Thank you:)
