About this Holiday House

Kick back with a fresh coffee from the nespresso and enjoy the quiet and friendly neighbourhood in our house amongst the trees. More great coffee from Taste@20, Cashmere Cuisine and Protocol via short walk. Our Treehouse is in a quiet hillside street with no through traffic, nestled amongst native grasses and bush. Accessed by a steep paved driveway shared by one other dwelling, with entry from downstairs, there's onsite parking small to medium car in or remote-controlled garage as we do have some items stored there! There's still room for mountain bike storage Enjoy alfresco on either one of 3 decks or inside. Well heated: windows double glazed with two aircons and underfloor heating over 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (master ensuite), two living areas (upstairs with Master suite). Treehouse is well positioned for privacy - equipped and furnished to ensure your stay is casual-comfortable. A recent large Smart TV with Freeview pod and complimentary WIFI to access your own stream services is there to be used, should you have time to spare from other activities. Very close to both city and arterial routes to access a wide range of amenities and attractions by car. Well placed to access all public bus routes with a five-minute walk to the nearest stop. Active guests can experience the walking and mountain bike tracks (adventure park too) close at hand. For those who prefer gentle strolls to coffee or along the river, there will be no disappointments. Comfy beds are a main king, complemented by two downstairs bedrooms (heated under floor) with super kings which can split. One is usually set split as king singles and may be joined with prior notice at booking time. All guests should be aware that outside there are some retained areas without barriers, care needs to be taken to prevent falls. We also have a policy of ensuring that our guests are good neighbours and this includes ensuring that those who book are responsible adults and are guaranteeing that this policy is accepted. Special Amenities

Above the city, affording complete peace and privacy with hill and city views set amongst native plantings with plenty of intimate outdoor spaces. The air quality is great for those with allergy problems. Very close to excellent coffee,river and hill walks, mountain bike trails and countless other activities.

Very warm house in a great location.

Perfect for what we wanted. Close to plenty of food options, The Cashmere Club & running trails. Property was clean & spacious. Hosts were good communicators & had information available as to how the house runs eg oven, internet, rubbish collection. Would highly recommend & would stay there again if needing accommodation in that suburb again.

Nothing disappointed us, in fact it exceeded our expectations in all aspects, fully equipped kitchen, lovely & clean, comfortable beds with lots of space for privacy and close to city with local coffee shops nearby. The owner Sandy, was so informative, helpful & friendly, would happily stay again, highlight of our holiday, would highly recommend to any considering a ChCh visit

he base price quoted is for 2 people sharing one bedroom/one bathroom for specified nights. Two separate sleepers using an additional bedroom and bathroom attracts the extra person charge and needs to be advised on the booking enquiry. An additional cleaning fee of $180 is charged with the house expected to be left clean and tidy and rubbish removed to outside bins and these dealt with as is agreed at booking time.

Cancellations

This policy applies for all bookings:
If a cancellation is made within 7 days of check-in, you'll lose 100% of the total booking price.

A booking service charge of $75 applies to all cancellation refunds.

The pending booking will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours or earlier depending on the check-in date.
