About this Holiday House

##MINIMUM STAY - 2 NIGHTS## Rate per night Based on 1- 4 guests Special Prices for a 3 night stay and a week stay. Our lovely little cottage, located 1.5kms from Christchurch City Centre, 50mtrs from Hagley Park, and close to Addington Railway Station is fully furnished with up to date interior. Separate laundry. Reverse-cycle air-conditioner that works very well in summer and winter. Outdoor decking looks over the ponds. Very quiet and private (no through traffic) with just the odd rumble of a few passing trains (about 3 mins in total per day).

Brockworth Cottage is located only 20 mins walk from Christchurch CBD, via the Botanic Gardens, alongside the Avon River. Access to SH73, leading to the Southern Alps, Queenstown, Dunedin and the West Coast, is only minutes away. A taxi fare from the Railway Station will cost around $10.00. SuperShuttle (0800 SHUTTLE) can pick you up from the airport, and drop you off at Brockworth Cottage, and vice versa.

Beautiful house to stay in , nice and cosy and modern. Short distance drive to town. It is next to railway tracks , but that didn't bother us really. Would come back again.
