Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, electric stove, microwave, washing machine, TV, electric heaters and wood burner. Free unlimited wireless Rural Broadband internet. Access to beaches available on both sides of peninsula. Guests have use of grass tennis court, dinghy, three canoes/kayaks and private swimming beach. Close by are Tasman Golf Course, craft shops, wineries, rivers, caves and bush walks in Abel Tasman National Park and the Mt Arthur Range. Golden sand Kaiteriteri beach is a 30 minute drive away. There is a second house on the property if additional accommodation is required (see Harry Place Cottage). Both houses can be hired together. Very basic, not 5 star. The houses are screened from one another by a hedge of trees.
