Two sets of bifold doors open out onto a covered sunny deck and brick courtyard with black wicker furniture, sun loungers and picnic table with a palm garden . There is your own sandy private access path (shared with one other neighbour) just steps to the sand dunes and beautiful beach. There's also Fish and Chips at Pt Wells a few minutes drive away and dining at the Golf club and across the causeway bridge overlooking the estuary. Matakana Country Park, only a few mins drive away, comes with its highly acclaimed The Stables restaurant with 2 roaring warm fireplaces, along with its Saturday market, Smiths bar and Bramble cafe... horses and animals to pet, children's train, playground and attractions- fantastic family fun- The acclaimed Sculptureum is a tourist hit and a few minutes drive away also. Ruby Bach is situated in the middle of 5.79 km Omaha beach right by beautiful walking/ bike riding tracks that head to both ends of the beach. There are local tennis courts to play at; (balls and raquets available in the back garden beach-shack style shed with all the other 'toys' like cricket set and boogey boards).. great golf courses in the area and very nearby reserve areas to play cricket and ball games- 2 adult bikes... one the cutest vintage blue and 2 kayaks also on site.
