Hi there, I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay at my house. I am slightly baffled by your feedback as have never had any complaints in regards to any of the things you have mentioned.. I’m not sure which windows you found you couldn’t open but in regards to the lack of catches ; Those windows are designed to not have catches and stay open on their own. There is one broken window that has been taped.. this is true but it is in one of the bedrooms and doesn’t affect anything and will be fixed. The garden, well what may be described as over grown I call easy care native garden kid and dog friendly that provides a sheltered and private space. Each to their own. I think possibly in the future you may just want to stay in more modern dwellings. Again sorry you feel you may have been misinformed but everyone else seems to love it.
