An affordable alternative for a holiday in Sunny Tropical Rarotonga Large Spacious 2 bedroom home built in 2010 situated on the North East side of the island in the village of Tupapa. Easy stroll into town, night clubs and restaurants. Across the road from the beach, Cook Island Game Fishing Club, when happy hour is "all day n all night" also the Ray’s Hut takeaway, so you can wine and dine then walk across the road and you are home. Within walking distance to Super Browns 24hr burger bar, petrol station and grocery store. Beach access directly across the road. Your perfect way to experience the island holiday leaving you with cash in the pocket for other things to do and enjoy. Airport transfers can be arranged $30 pick up and $30 drop off. Unlimited internet on site, enquire for rates.

Perfect home away from home. I travelled with my 2 teens. We had a fantastic relaxing time. Fully equipped kitchen I cooked half the time. Great shower. Comfy beds. Bring your beach towels and plastic containers for food so you can picnic. Friendly house cat and dogs which my kids loved. Yes you will hear chickens but they are everywhere. Super location. Cheap drinks at the fishing club across the road and Ray's hut does a mean fish curry and affordable fish burgers. Clean and tidy, friendly hosts. No wonder people book a year or more ahead. Thank you Sharon for having us.

First 7 nights is $600 for 2 adults additional charges for children are:
Kids 0 -12 yrs $20 per night and
13 - 16yrs $25 per night.
After 7 nights $45 each per night 2 or more guest, extra rates for children accordingly to ages per child as stated above per night.
Check in and out 10am or extra night will be charged.
$200 non re-fundable deposit will secure your booking.
$100- $200 bond is required and refunded provided no damages (Dependent on the quantity of people and ages).
$100 cancellation fee will be applied for any cancellations.
$50 fee will be charged for any postponements.
Additional one-off cleaning fee of $100 will be also charged. Please note the cleaning fee is part of the booking total and will not be refunded at the end of your stay.
Check out before 10am or $50 late fee would be charged.
Full payment for accommodation must be paid 1 month in advance of arrival to Tapae Holiday Home.
No refund will be given for any cancelation of the booking for less than 28 days notice to the commencement of the term being booked.
