About this Holiday House

**NOW WITH A 8 METER POOL** This spacious 5 bedroom holiday home is on a half acre of lawn and tropical gardens with expansive views to the beach and lagoon. The house opens from the lounge and dining rooms to create a great indoor/outdoor feeling. Enjoy great, balmy evening BBQ's on the veranda with wine and cocktails and enjoy awesome sunsets. Ample outdoor furniture and a daybed as well as pool table/table tennis table for your entertainment. Enjoy a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and all mod cons, there are laundry facilities with indoor and outdoor clotheslines. The house has 5 great sized bedrooms, the main bedroom and the outside bedroom have eu-suite bathrooms. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Great space for families with young children, well off the main road with a large lawn and far enough away from the beach for you not to worry. The beach is safe for all the family. The stream alongside the property great to explore and to feed the eels. Snorkeling gear, a hammock, sunlounges and kayaks are provided with the property. Ideally situated with a number of great amenities within walking distance. Beluga Cafe - open Mon - Sat for breakfast and lunch, awesome meals and an must do while on the island. Cocoputt & Ale House enjoy mini golf and a great meal. Tex Mart - Dairy and Petrol station, open daily 6am - 9pm with a range of groceries and alcohol. Kavera Central, Dairy and Takeaway open 6am to 9pm daily – has a large range of groceries, alcohol, Petrol and ice creams. Aroa Beachside Inn with the Ship wreak Bar to enjoy a sunset cocktail. Great snorkeling about 2klm meters up the road just in front of the Kaena Restaurant. Book today!

Fantastic 8 night stay for our extended family holiday. The house was perfect for our party of 9 people. Plenty of room for the kids to run around. The pool was amazing and quite separate from other areas, which was safe for our little kids. Great snorkelling right out from the house. So good to be on the beach side of the main road. Also, the house is quite far off the road, so no road noise - just roosters! The air con worked well. We all felt this was great value for money and Mark was an excellent host - very approachable and quick to sort any issues. We'll be back!

Loved loved loved this holiday home and its location. The Beach was fantastic and kayaks were so much fun. It really suited our group and we spent alot of our time chilling on the covered outdoor area. The home was spotless and a big thanks goes out to the crew who came through and cleaned and restocked every 3 days. To Mark Boyd, well done. You have a well managed property.

We stayed here for 11 nights over Oct - Nov 16. What a great house, in an absolutely stunning location. There were 10 of us staying in the house, and we still had plenty of room. The house was clean and tidy, with all the modern facilities that we required. We spent most of our time outdoors, enjoying the beach which was just steps away from the front lawn. The beach is a safe, beautiful lagoon with plenty of fish to be found when snorkelling. We also used the kayaks each day which provided many hours of entertainment - just don't get too close to the reef! I would highly recommend this house, and we will definitely be coming back!
