Three bedroom house in the heart of the Catlins. Wake in the morning to the Tui's and bellbirds. Our family home is ideally suited to families and offers, pool table and dart board in the garage for indoor activities or two kayak's and lifejackets for an outing on the Estauary. This house is extremely private and provides great afternoon and evening sun on the sheltered deck, which runs the full length of the house. Gas BBQ and outdoor dining furniture make for great indoor outdoor flow. For the cooler evenings a "Fatso" potbelly fire will heat the entire house and there is also a heat pump.
