About this Holiday House

A private air conditioned beautiful Island studio right on the beach just steps into a white sandy beach and a large blue lagoon. Our studio is next to our bungalow it has all amenities required for a relaxing holiday away from all the fuss and tussle of people. Our Beach is private and the lagoon is what you want when visiting an Island Paradise - Rarotonga. The studio has it's own private deck and steps to the beach. air condition in the studio and ceiling fan. Bonus unlimited Free WiFi and streaming TV.

Enjoy the views from our spacious open decking area, Loungers and deck seating area to enjoy the sunset. Relax on the deck with with an lagoon view, shared kayaks (with our bungalow) . Please not you must supply your own goggles and snorkels. Covid rules.

We are located in a popular area of Rarotonga that has a large 24/7 Wigmores Super Store just 10 mins walk, Restaurant's 5 mins away, like the Yellow Hibiscus and famous Coffee shop in Vaimanga for a good Island coffee.

Perfect location right on the beach and it has aircon!! Had everything we needed was our home away from home. Highly recommend and would happily continue to book this property again in the future as we will be back to the Cook Islands.

Amazing little unit that has everything you need to be self contained, awesome location with steps down to lagoon, great little restaurant 2 minute walk away. Hosts were very friendly and it is has free wifi (starlink). Definitely going back.

Fabulous stay! The most amazing spot literally right on the beach. Really appreciated the complimentary full sized water and juice in the fridge, along with a fresh pineapple and full sized shampoo & conditioner. My only negative was that the fridge shown in the photo has been replaced with a tiny fridge which is not a practical size when you are staying several days or more.

Thank you for your comments. We are happy you enjoyed your stay. We had made a few changes to allow for more space. You will notice we had also changed some furnishing from the photos... we will change these soon. Our past clients said it was too crowded so we replaced the larger fridge and took out the couch. Moved the seating area.

* Please always lock your doors both front and back. Even swimming. Please use the key lock. The CODE will be provided to you on check in.
* Please be courteous to your neighbour's privacy. Keep noise level down.
* Kayaks (on grass next door)and paddles must be returned to store safely due to high seas.
* This unit is self catering. Extra sheets towels are provided. (Self laudering)
* Rubbish, please separate plastic bottles, glass, aluminum cans in separate bags. All waste placed in red bins.
