Affordable Luxury with Magnificient Views of the Lake and Mountains Peaceful setting with Wonderful private Balcony with BBQ and Outdoor furniture and Stunning views Super Comfy King Size Bed This studio unit is situated on the shores of Lake Wakatipu in the Alpine Village Apartments. It sits above the Frankton Arms walkway and looks directly out over the lake to the wonderful Remarkables mountain. It has easy access to all of Queenstown. This unit is clean, quiet and tidy. Its balcony has a BBQ with side burner for boil/fry ups too, and comfortable table and chairs to soak up the stunning views. It has a king size bed and good sized bathroom with a kitchenette for breakfast ,snacks, drinks etc for the times you would like to have a night in enjoying the views. The apartment is 4.2 kms to the centre of town, approximately 8-9 minutes by car, or you can walk/bike the famous Frankton Walkway Lakeside all the way into town, only seconds from the apartment, there is a bus stop at the road by the entrance :) There is a 24 hour laundry available. WE HAVE MOUNTAIN BIKES ON SITE FOR HIRE AND ALSO A RAV4 ALL WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE, PLEASE ENQUIRE ABOUT AVAILABILITY. Queenstown is a magnificent place to visit all year round. The winter has the wonderful snow skiing, great restaurants, biking and hiking and in summer replace your snow skis with water skis and do it all again! Our little RAV4 lives at the apartment, parked right outside your door and is available to rent. It is an automatic AWD and easy to drive :) If you are over 21 and have a current drivers license, can hire it for the day/nights of your stay for just $50.00 per day, and topping it back up, running it through the carwash and giving it a quick vacuum before you leave it parked back up after your stay, you do need to pay a deposit of $500, as this is our insurance excess for any accidents, (unlike a rental car company, you get this bond back in full after your stay should there be no incidents)... if you are happy with this, and the car is not booked at this time, you are welcome to rent it during your stay :) You are still welcome to rent the car if you are under 21, but the bond then increases to our insurance excess of $1000. SEE MY FEEDBACK AS A RENTER FOR ASSURANCE WHEN MAKING A DEPOSIT :) UNLIKE A RENTAL CAR COMPANY, YOU DO GET ALL OF THE INSURANCE EXCESS REFUNDED AFTER YOUR STAY :) SO YOU ONLY END UP PAYING THE DAILY RENTAL CHARGE ONLY, usually works out at less than half a rental car company price. IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN CAR, YOU CAN PARK DIRECTLY BEHIND THE RAV, SO STILL IMMEDIATELY OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR :) We have mountain bikes for hire too, you can also rent during your stay, and we are right on the famous Frankton Track walkway, which goes in both directions along the lake's edge all the way into Queenstown, its a beautiful ride. Unit was clean & although located off a main road was very quiet. Thought it was good value for money. Quiet, very comfortable and well appointed Studio unit. Thanks so much, we will be back! We really loved waking up to the view of the lake. There's a pathway takes you around the lake just behind the apartment which was nice to walk. Really affordable for a piece of luxury on our holiday. The apartment was beautiful, modern, clean and fresh. All we needed was available to us. We loved the central location and the veiws were just to die for. Definately recommend to all and would love to visit again. The view and location Beautiful view, stunning place and close to town. Able to come back after long day without the busy rush and noise of town to relax. Beautiful views across the lake, and a smart place to stay and enjoy Queenstown. Looking forward to staying again. Awesome views of the Remarkables and literally a stones throw from the water. Bus stop at the top of the complex is very handy. A great place to stay. Great little apartment on the waterfront at an amazing price. This is a lovely apartment on the waters edge of the Frankton arm of the lake. We enjoyed breakfast in the sun on the balcony and would recommend it to our friends and family. Spectacular property! The view is unreal, property is modern and comfortable, really close to the town centre but just far enough so you feel you are ina peaceful oasis. I will most definitely be making use of this property for every Queenstown stay! Fantastic accommodation with beautiful views. The appartment was clean, warm and very peaceful.
