Stayed 2-8/11/2015. This is a beautiful villa which was clean, homely with ample linen and kitchen utensils you should need. 2 minutes walk down the garden from the villa to a beautiful beach, kayaks available. Had a very warm welcome from Adam and Sarah. 2 large bedrooms both ensuite, large comfortable lounge/dining/kitchen area for us 3 adults. Yes there are dogs and chickens but you can't get away from there no matter where you stay and indeed they really didn't bother us. Only reason for not giving a 5 is the villa does not have a sea view although access is easy and quick

kia orana and thanks for your comments. koka villa is on a 3/4 acre 'beachfront section' with no roads to cross. the nightly rate is great value for money to be on Muri Beach with use of a new large pool, complimentary kayaks and private beach access to the amazing lagoon and island of 'taakoka' which you can explore and snorkel. all just a few steps from the villa. you an expect to pay excess of $500 per night for sea views on muri beach so this makes Koka Villa a great value option which is why it is so popular! would love to have you back again. kia manuia. adam & sarah

Our resent stay at Koka Villa was one of our best holidays. We have stayed in a hotel in Muri Beach before but would much rather stay at this apartment. You have the best of both worlds being so close to all that Muri Beach offers, with everything within a few minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment was immaculate and well equipped. It was great that each bedroom has an ensuite. The private deck was perfect for chilling out and very private. Sarah and Adam are very friendly hosts and even left breakfast for our first day to get us started. We certainly will return and tell our friends and family about our great find

We had such a fantastic time staying in this lovely home. It was spacious, immaculate and well kitted out. Two big bedrooms, each with en-suite, large living area and modern kitchen. The private deck with sun loungers was perfect for chilling out with a book. Beautiful Muri beach is just a few steps away and there are plenty of kayaks available to use. Muri village (including the amazing LBV Cafe) is just a 3 minute walk away. The hosts are super friendly, and even left us bread, milk and fruit to get us started on our holiday. Next time we come to Raro, we'll definitely stay here again... Can't wait to come back! :-)
