About this Holiday House

You’ll feel like you’re on holiday immediately you walk into this North facing cosy cottage, which gets sun all day and has panoramic harbour views. Superbly located above the wharf. Not only do you get fantastic harbour views, but if you don't feel like cooking - no problem! Carry on walking down the concrete road way and take the steps down to the The Wharf restaurant or go to the famous fish and chip shop directly on the wharf. Failing that town is a 15 minute walk away. Recently renovated with all new double glazed windows, heat pumps on both levels, new sun filter and blockout blinds, new carpet, repainted inside and out. Brand new deck with glass balustrade so the beautiful view is unimpeded. New BBQ on deck to cook yourself up a summer feast. The home is perfect for two couples, as each level has it's own bathroom. Alternatively for a couple with teenage children who can each have their own space. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are split over two levels. With two small bedrooms upstairs and one open area downstairs. Entry to the top level is via the upper carport, where there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an open plan kitchen dining and lounge. The main bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a king single and a single bed. Expansive harbour views are enjoyed from the kitchen, lounge, dining, main bedroom and spacious deck, which is accessed via bifold doors from the lounge. There is a fully functioning bath on the deck and downstairs has an outdoor hand held shower to rinse salt and sand off after your trip to the beach. The lower level has external access only and contains a large bedroom area with one queen bed. There is also a separate shower and toilet. Lovely harbour views can also be taken in from this level. The home overlooks the silos and wharf area. Access to the wharf area, is via steps just a few metres from the driveway entrance. Cafes in the township are within easy walking distance - 15 minutes. There is a swimming area a short walk away and the surf beach is a drive away. Offstreet parking available for two vehicles. No availability for boat parking. The drive is gravel and reasonably steep to access. Not advisable for vans that are not 4WD. Property is not really suitable for young children as the internal house is quite small, the lawn area is small and the deck area cannot be gated off. For those that want in house entertainment there is a small selection of games and a radio/CD / DVD player, which has Bluetooth. On each level there is a 40” TV. Upstairs has free view and a firestick (for access to Netflix, sign into your own account), downstairs has a firestick only. There is unlimited free wifi. The driveway is shared, so please keep it clear at all times. Please bring your own linen (sheets and towels). If linen is to be supplied the cost is $25 per person. Special Amenities

Great location being so close to the wharf, which is accessible via stairs just a few metres from the driveway entrance. Fabulous harbour views and walking distance to the main street. Linen not supplied with rental. However, under special circumstances linen may be available upon enquiry.
