Fabulous fine weather holiday home - great location, great indoor/outdoor flow in summer, comfy beds. We had a great Easter break. Just a couple of things to note - there is little or no mobile coverage or WiFi at the house ( you will need to drive to get coverage), no vacuum onsite, needs some cleaning TLC/new light bulbs/deep cleaning etc

House is in a great location. However the oven didn't work and we had to light the hobs with matches. There weren't any matches at the house so we needed to remember to buy these when we went out. We never met the host however the door was unlocked as promised. The house has a great configuration and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided which was great as there was no laundry.

We loved our time at Medlands Sands. We were a large group renting two houses and this house was by far our favourite. It's is a great, well considered design, with open plan common areas, a fabulous outdoor dining area with an open fireplace, it was partially covered which gave protection from the elements but also with views of the night sky. The kitchen was well equipt, the beds comfortable and all linen was supplied which was great. It really is a great place to stay and we look forward to returning.
