There are large dinning and sitting room areas (includes extra large smart TV with Netflix) and a purpose buiIt outdoor entertaining area with comfy couches, and a small BBQ. There is a further wrap around deck at the back with additional outdoor seating, so you can follow the sun! Light and bright kitchen generously stocked, includes all whiteware. In this four bedroom property there are two master bedrooms with queen bed suites, and two bedrooms with bunk beds. Beautifully styled with comfort for larger groups in mind. Strictly no parties, events or smoking allowed. Only those guests that are booked in are to be in the property. Prime coastal location: Winston's Cove (450m from the cottage) is one of Auckland's best kept secrets and is an ideal spot for a swimming and relaxing. It's our favourite little beach spot in Auckland. Waiake Beach (650m from the cottage) is a beautiful small bay that is perfect all tide swimming and boating. It has a sheltered estuary to one side of the beach which is great and for kids. There are also a number of picnic/bbq facilities & a children's playground just off the beach. For the best home-made ice cream, head over the road to Tides Cafe and enjoy great coffee and food too. Long Bay Beach and Regional Park (3 mins away) The Long Bay Regional Park is a great place to bring the kids for the day with its long beach backed by a tree-lined grassy strip great for picnics. It also has a playground and bbqs, and the picnic areas and beach are accessible by pram. TRAMPING: Long and short Kauri and Nikau forest tramps close by via the Okura Bush Walkway. Location: 20 mins to Downtown Auckland 5 mins to Albany 400m to Torbay shops / 5 mins to supermarket Excellent public transport links - bus stop right near the house.
