The house is very centrally located with the supermarket, bars and town centre less than 5 minutes walk away. The lakefront is a mere 2 minutes drive away. The property has internal and external stairs.Please note that the entrance is somewhat restricted due to a small stand of trees. Any large vehicles, boats etc. over 3 metres in height may have difficulty accessing the property. This is a typical 70's style N.Z. Bach. Although this is not 'Top of the line' accommodation it is comfortable, spacious and offers very good value for money. Available all year.
