One of the new homes in St Arnaud, this lovely holiday house is in the heart of the village on Beechnest Drive. The house has a sunny and welcoming open plan setting with beautifully high ceilings. The Kitchen has everything you need including gas cooking, full oven, microwave, a nespresso machine (bring your own pods) and a dishwasher. The house has been designed and positioned to be cool in the hot Summer months and toasty warm in winter thanks to the feature log burner (fire wood included) and a heatpump. Enjoy the flat screen and full Sky Channels or watch a DVD. This premium property also offers unlimited WIFI. There are two Queen sized bedrooms with the master room looking out to Mt Robert. The kids will absolutely love our amazing Bunk room which features 2 double beds on the bottom and 2 single beds on top with a light and charging station for each bed. There is outdoor dining as well as a BBQ which includes the gas bottle. There is ample parking on site with a single Carport, outdoor parking for at least 4 cars, enough room for the boat and plenty of turning space to get out easily. Please note you must supply your own linen. You can add this for $25 per bed (minimum charge $50). Please request this with your booking. Beech Haven is a self clean rental (it must be left in the same condition as you arrived, all cleaning products are supplied on site). Cleaning can be added for a one-off $90.00 charge. Due to the remote nature of the Village, we kindly ask that guests take their rubbish with them when they leave. It is only a short stroll to the St Arnaud Tavern, General Store or the Alpine Lodge. At the end of Beechnest Drive is a DOC track which leads you through to the Tee Total Mountain Bike Tracks. The informative DOC centre is 5 minutes walk or 10 minutes walk to the lake.
