Mezzanine with 2 rooms with King beds and a shared internal door, lounge area downstairs. Kitchen with all you need for quick meal preparation. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Wood fire. Outdoor area with seating. Large lawn, plenty of parking cars, boats and trailers.

Booking Policy

We look forward to welcoming you. When you make your booking you are entering into an agreement with us.
To secure your booking a 50% deposit is required. The Balance is payable fourteen days prior to the commencement of your stay
Check In 2 pm onwards, Check out by 10am
Seasonal rates may apply
Discounts may apply to extended-stay or large groups
No pets are allowed
No smoking
14 days prior - For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (or 2pm if not specified) on the day of check-in, otherwise no refund.

For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday two previous weeks before check-in time.

Check In - If the guest cancels less than 14 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Check Out - If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
