This holiday house is the top level of our two storey home on the beachfront in Sumner, a seaside suburb of Christchurch. Consisting of extra large queen room with ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom also with ensuite. Kitchen and breakfast area which looks out over the beach and the alps.

Beautiful views out over Sumner Beach from breakfast area and bedroom. Outdoor areas. Lovely safe swimming beach. 5 minute walk to numerous shops and restaurants/cafes. Bus stop on corner taking you into the central city and onto the airport.

Within walking distance of many cafe/bars, restaurants. Surfboard hire available at local surf shop. Supermarket, hairdresser, clothing shops all close by. Hill and beach walks and safe swimming beach across the road. Ferrymead Golf Club 15 minute drive

Wonderful place for time out. Beach just across the road. Gorgeous bedrooms stunning place & host delightful.

Really lovely accommodation - the apartment is beautiful with amazing views out to Sumner beach - photos don't do it justice! just go and stay! Hosts are super friendly and welcoming. Walking distance to cafes, some shops, the beach and hikes up in the hills. Cyclists? Port Hills best for a good work out - up and over to Lyttleton is a beautiful hike/drive/bike - any which way. Just go stay!
