About this Holiday House

The Med is a new listing to Omokoroa positioned to enjoy 180 degree stunning sea views of the harbour with plenty of morning sunshine. With generous sized bedrooms queen beds and quality linen you are assured of a comfortable nights sleep. Harbour views from the lounge, kitchen, dining and bedroom. It is a short 5min walk to the beach, boat ramp, shop and restaurants. Also 2min drive or 10min walk to our new Fresh Choice supermarket, hot mineral pools for a lovely soak right across the road from the supermarket. Omokoroa is called the Jewel in the crown of the Bay of Plenty. Only 15 minutes from Tauranga, Mt Maunganui, Katikati and 1 hour from Rotorua. It has a safe swimming beach and an easy access boat ramp.

Spend your mornings relaxing in bed enjoying a cup of tea and fabulous views of the harbour and Mt Maunganui. The outdoor entertaining area also enjoys these stunning views and has a 4 burner bbq and sun umbrella with reclining deck chairs for your enjoyment.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

There are many attractive walks in the area, all accessible on foot from The Med. The local Omokoroa Takeaways offer you tasty fish and chips or chinese. Week days and Saturday mornings we have the most interesting secondhand centre where treasures can be found!! (Both are within a 2 minute walk). Omokoroa boasts a lovely golf course and bowling club. There is also a ferry with regular daily sailings to Matakana Island.

Great quiet, location, beautiful view. Boat club cafe and restaurant close by . Handy to walks around the harbour. Plenty of room in the house. Well appointed, comfy beds. good kitchen and equipment, large lounge. All the comforts of home. Aimee was a great host. Easy communication, helpful

Best holiday spot we've experienced thus far. Location is perfect for a peaceful, for us healing, get away when you want out of the hustle bustle of life but still within easy driving distance. The views are fantastic, the property equipped with absolutely everything you could need and the owners lovely friendly people without being intrusive at all. Absolute bliss! Thank you so much for accommodating us.
