Devonport Studio is a quiet, characterful, self-contained annex of this historic Devonport villa, built in 1897. The sunny studio apartment has its own private entrance to the side of the main house and includes a light, airy bedroom with queen-sized bed, kitchen and bathroom with private patio area, plus access to the larger garden, swimming pool and BBQ area.

Special Amenities

Guests are welcome to make use of the shared laundry room, swimming pool (between Dec - March) and have access into the adjacent Cambria Reserve through the back garden gate. There are two kayaks available for use, with lifejackets.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

Cheltenham Beach is just 7 minutes walk, as are the shops in Devonport village. A French cafe/deli is just a few metres up the road. Directly in front of the house is Devonport Domain Sports fields and behind is Cambria Reserve which houses the Devonport Museum. The Mt Victoria and North Head volcanic cones are also very close by.

Nice well equipped accommodation. A house with history, character & charm. Close to beach & town centre is nice residential area.
