Left corridor - is the master bedroom featuring a king size bed, large wardrobe, then a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower, followed by a second bedroom with two king-single beds. Right corridor - is the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed, a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower, followed by the 4th bedroom with two king-single beds. The design lends itself to 2 families or extended. You enter into a large open-plan kitchen dining area featuring a modern fully featured designer kitchen, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has all the mod cons you would expect, including stone bench-top, gas cook-top and double draw dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and all the usual attributes - whether you want to cook for the family or entertain guests. We have tried to cater for everything you might need, including quality wine and champagne glasses, platters etc. This opens directly onto a large sun drenched deck wrapping around 2 sides, catching all day sun with stunning views overlooking the Omaha Golf Course and Whangateau Inlet. The deck has large sliding shutters enabling you to screen off the deck for complete privacy. A new addition is an outdoor fireplace (firewood supplied). You are only a 1-minute walk from the Omaha Golf Club, with a great café offering breakfast, lunch and dinner 7-days. You will be welcomed at the bar for a drink from around midday onwards. It’s an easy 10 minutes stroll to the local café, superette and surf club. There’s room to park a boat and only a 1-minute drive to a very user friendly all tide concrete boat ramp. You cannot help but enjoy all the delights that Omaha has to offer. There is a wide range of activities available in the local area including: Walking tracks, boat ramp, sandy beach, safe harbour, free tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, near to Tawharanui Regional Park, the famous Morris and James Pottery Tileworks, vineyards, cafes, Goat Island Marine Reserve, Leigh, Pakiri Beach and Horse riding.
