Practicalities and comforts include free highspeed fibre WiFi, hooded BBQ, double garage with internal access, under floor heating, electric blinds and full laundry facilities. Four of the bedrooms can each be configured with twin beds or a king bed, offering excellent flexibility for families, couples or friends. Please advise your preference when booking. A mid-stay service clean including linen change is provided for bookings of 7 nights or more.

With commissioned New Zealand artwork and European furniture, Lakehouse Joela is uniquely fascinating. The house has feature lighting throughout; a spectacular chandelier at the entrance, colorful pendants at the bedsides and stunning pendants in the living and dining.
This prestigious Park Street address is highly sought after, providing the perfect combination of privacy, spectacular scenery and close proximity to town. The house is positioned so close to the lake that you can hear the waves lapping and watch the boats zipping past. Guests love being only a 15-minute flat stroll away from central Queenstown. At the bottom of the private driveway the popular Frankton Walkway track begins – fantastic for running, biking or walking.
Please be aware that there is a new property being built next door. The nightly rates have been heavily discounted to reflect this. The most disruptive period is anticipated to be 11th January – 5th July 2021, the majority of the earthworks to be within the first couple of months. There will be concrete pours and deliveries that we will not have control over the timing of, and which may affect access along the shared driveway. The mountain and lake views from the kitchen, living and dining will not be impacted, but while work is underway there may be some noise disturbance during consented hours. However, no work is permitted outside of consented hours. When booking this property, you are agreeing to the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You will also receive a full document after confirming.
- Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age.
- Lakehouse Joela is for a maximum of 10 guests, and occupancy must not be exceeded.
- A standard exit clean is included with your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example.
- Lakehouse Joela is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held without prior consent from the owners or Manager. Maximum guest numbers and a Venue Hire fee applies. Please enquire for Ts and Cs.
- Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am.
- Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Smoking/vaping is allowed outside only with windows and doors shut.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- We require a security bond of $1,000 due prior to arrival, which is held in trust until after the guests have vacated the property and a full inspection has been completed. The security bond is refunded to the guest by way of the credit card used for payment less any costs, which include but are not limited to: Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure that result in extended housekeeping hours. Loss of keys, missing items, carpet cleaning, repair of damages to the property and chattels or excessive rubbish removal.
