Unbeatable location, nestled amongst neighbouring trees from the 5 acre peaceful Wanaka Station Park, right on the edge of Lake Wanaka in a beautiful garden setting. Possibly the closest house to the lake in Wanaka and definitely the closest house to the famous ' That Wanaka Tree'!! Stay in luxury offering the whole house which is very comfortable & well appointed throughout. Our house is great for everyone to enjoy & relax on what feels like rural surroundings, while being a very close walk to Wanaka's township, easy access to walking and bike tracks right in front of the house. Big enough for 2-3 families to be comfortable, couples, business travellers, families, & big groups (4 couples) We also take enquiries for small weddings so feel free to enquire. Lake front & the closest house to “That Wanaka Tree." nestled amongst beautiful mature gardens and stunning trees with direct access to the 6 acre Wanaka Station Park. All guests can relax in multiple zones or in the SPA and SAUNA. Close walk to town with direct access to walking and bike tracks along the lake to Wanaka or Glendhu! Comes with a cool cat to hang out with :) It would be great if our 'Maine Coon' cat, Koda, could stay, she is easy to look after and just needs fed once a day - if not its not ok we can take her with us. We can make up for it by leaving you some local craft beer.. Excellent heating and / or air flow options with radiators for ease and comfort or fire place and heat pump as a back up along with underfloor heating in bathrooms and kitchen or alternatively open the big bifold doors and windows everywhere and have that open to nature feel!

Wonderful views of lake and mountains; Centrally located, flat easy walk to the town centre and right at the lakes edge. Private and quiet set in a landscaped garden; 2 balconies; BBQ area feeding off living spaces. Heating in Winter; Wood burner in the living area, Radiator heatings in all living spaces and bedrooms, under floor heating in bathrooms and a heat pump in the dining room. Chiminea on outside patio and wood burner on upstairs outside deck. Air conditioning in summer and windows and bi-fold windows and doors!

On the edge of Lake Wanaka and also Wanaka Station Park (the only house in Wanaka), on the Waterfall creek/Millennium walking/biking track, close to township (1.2k), close to Edgewater resort and Rippon vineyard. The famous 'Wanaka Tree' is right in front of the house!
