Quiet separate unit in country surroundings. Two bedrooms; Queen bed and two singles. (Unit is set back 250 meters from road so very quiet and restful) Table tennis table, and rope swings that supervised children can use.

Four minute drive to Te Awamutu. Good shopping and a choice of many eating out places, restaurants and fast food options. Golf course opposite our driveway. Drive 33 minutes to Waitomo caves, 47 minutes to Hobbiton, Matamata, one hour 33 minutes to Rotorua & one hour 30 mins to Taupo, 30 minutes to Hamilton, 20 mins to Fieldays, one hour to Raglan & 19 minutes to Maungatautari Sanctuary Mountain, one hour 18 mins to Tauranga & Mt Maunganui.

Beautiful and clean holiday home. It felt like home away from home. We stayed there as we were attending a wedding so couldn’t use everything provided but this is our go to for TeAwamutu. Marion was so kind n lovely. She provided my son lego to play with. Also they had table tennis which my teenage son loved.

Good proximity to Te Awamutu,,4 minutes, Well set up for either short or longer stay. Kitchen very well equipped. While well off road, for those that have sensitive hearing ,road noise is there. Hosts friendly, even leaving home made biscuits for us to enjoy. we stayed 3 nights and would not hesitate to rebook next time we have a reason to visit TeAwamutu

You must stay here, it's a gem!! This place deserves superhost status! Beautifully presented, quiet and surrounded by lovely gardens, we wished we could of stayed longer. Adequate room for grandfather, daughter & teenage son. Just a quick drive to Te Awamutu. Definitely recommend it to family & friends!
