It has two bedrooms inside (sleeps up to 4 ) and a separate sleepout/studio accommodating 2 more people which has stunning elevated views of the Bay . Comfortable beds-king singles and a queen- ALL LINEN PROVIDED EXCEPT BEACH TOWELS . There is ample room to fit everyone in. The living area is open plan and sunny with sea views and coastal outlook to enjoy. A logfire gives cosy warmth for the cooler days- perfect for that winter break . Bonus of two toilets to accommodate everyone (second one is located in the laundry which is outside access ) Plenty of space both inside and out , off street parking and good outdoor entertaining area(s) . Limited WIFI on site for guests . Gore Bay is a beautiful coastal beach well known for its surfing, boogie boarding and beach rambling walks. . A great place to unwind and relax . Only an 8km drive from Cheviot . ( on a sealed road )where there is shops, supermarket, cafes , play a round of golf at the local course or ride the bike around this stunning area. Gore Bay is an 80 minute drive north of Christchurch . Please note- there is no cellphone coverage at "Rockingham" or received in Gore Bay .
