17 Princes Street is located in the heart of our vibrant Fitzroy Village. You will find everything you need here ie: Beautiful boutique shops, cafes, bars, restaurant, bank, supermarket, sushi ect.
Fitzroy has one of the best surf breaks and beaches in Taranaki. Stroll along the black sand, take a dip at the beautiful beach or walk along the walkway and discover the beauty of the West Coast.
5 min drive west or a 20 min walk along the walkway will take you to the CBD. Check out Pukariki Museum, Govett Brewster Art Gallery, Bowl of Brooklands or the popular Pukekura Park.
5 min drive east will take you to the Valley Shopping Centre - Briscoes, Mitre 10 Mega, Countdown, Rebel plus many more chain stores.
Your holiday stay will be in the bottom apartment unit. This beautiful warm unit has modern furnishings and luxury linen.
Master Bedroom - Queen bed and roll away single bed. Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and single bed. Bedroom 3 - Two long single beds (superior spring system for adults to sleep on). Pull out sofa bed in the lounge.
It also has sole access to the sunny relaxing back yard and barbecue area. Sleeps up to ten people.
On those cooler days, relax around the cosy wood burner watch SKY or play a board game.
