3 big gardens separated on 3 different steps: One in front of the house and 2 behind. The house deck and the 2 gardens behind have all an expensive view of the whole city and Rotorua lake. Especially the highest viewing platform with no shelter around, you feel like flying in the sky. The pavilion here is an ideal place for a tea /coffee time, or a family BBQ, with the marvelous landscape.
Fully equipped big kitchen with all cooking facilities and dinner service cutleries. A big table in the dining hall for larger groups’ indoor seated dining.

For our neighborhood relationship, please don’t make unexpected noise and no party;
Check in is 4PM and check out is 11 AM. For late check out, you may be charged 50 NZD per hour.
Smoking outside only and no cigarette butts in the house or in the garden.
If you need to use the BBQ and want us to prepare the gas bottle for you, please contact me when booking.
