This luxury home is incredibly spacious, split over three levels with multiple outdoor areas and all four bedrooms have a private ensuites, providing everyone with ample space and privacy. For a real treat, enjoy a relaxing soak in the brand new spa pool! Please note that a NZ$150 fee applies for use of this facility, which is to have it professionally valeted, pre-heated and ready for your arrival. This prestigious Queenstown Hill address offers the best of both worlds; guests are just a 15 minute walk down to central Queenstown, while enjoying a peaceful alpine retreat in a quiet neighbourhood. Its elevated position over town boasts incredible panoramic views of Bayonet Peak, Cecil Peak, Walter Peak, the Queenstown Golf Club, the Queenstown Gardens and Lake Wakatipu. The master bedroom is on the top level of the home and has a true "wow" factor with private balcony, walk in wardrobe, desk, king bed and spectacular panoramic views. The other three bedrooms each have king split beds, which can be configured as 1 x king or 2 x single beds per room, which gives excellent flexibility for groups of friends, families or couples traveling together. Please advise your required bedroom setups when booking. Two of these king split rooms also have Smart TVs and amazing lake and mountain views with sliding door access to the patio. Spacious open plan main living level; sophisticated spaces and with the best technology. Enjoy the ambience of the gas fire, Smart TV with SKY and Netflix and Sonos surround sound (connect from your personal Smart phone or use the tablet provided). There is an impressive media room with a 85" Smart TV for cinema-like movie watching. The kitchen is truly a chef’s dream, recently refitted with top quality cabinetry, countertops, appliances, wine fridge, coffee machine and bar stool seating. Dine with a view either indoors or outdoors; both tables have seating for 8. Floor to ceiling picture windows and sliding doors line the front of the main room to maximise the views, which also creates a seamless flow onto the spacious lake-facing balcony with luxurious outdoor furniture. Watch the paragliders fly down from Bob's Peak to the right, watch the world go by downtown below and simply gaze at the never ending mountain views. For guests' comfort and convenience there is also a full laundry room, drying cupboards for wet ski gear, a double garage with internal access, a lift, free high speed WiFi, heat pumps/air conditioning and additional electric heating. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay. - Papillon is for a maximum of 8 guests, and occupancy must not be exceeded. - If you wish to use the spa pool, a one-off NZ$150 fee applies. - A standard exit clean is included with your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example. - Papillon is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held without prior consent from the owners or Manager. Maximum guest numbers and a Venue Hire fee applies. Please enquire for Ts and Cs. - Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am. - Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Smoking/vaping is allowed outside only with windows and doors shut. - No pets or animals are permitted. - We require a security bond of $1,000 due prior to arrival, which is held in trust until after the guests have vacated the property and a full inspection has been completed. This is an easy property and team to give 5 stars too. They have been a pleasure to deal with and the property is stunning for both a short and long stay. Warm, comfortable and plenty of space if a family required it, it had all the amenities needed. A shorter walk than it looks down to the township, this property will definitely be rented by us again.
