Really enjoyed the stay, loved getting into a routine of lighting the fire, candles, etc. Perfect way to check out of the rat race.

Kath was lovely, down to earth and helpful! I loved this wee piece of paradise and wished I could’ve stayed longer. Everything at the wee lodge has been made with love and thoughtfully placed. Makes you appreciate the small moments in life. Toasted marshmallows on outdoor fire, then admired the glorious milky way from a hot outdoor bath whilst sipping on a nice red…I’ll be back. Thank you for sharing your extended home. Mel from CHCH.

Great little getaway spot for anyone traveling down the west coast. Full of character and placed in a beautiful surrounds. A little tip is to make sure you come back by sundown if adventuring around the local area! There is no power in the cabin but you have plenty of candles to create an atmosphere.
