Affordable and clean accommodation. The room is a little bit small, but at good weather you can sit outside in the beautiful garden. No kitchen, but with a sheltered BBQ. Good Wi-Fi. It all is getting on in years, but in a charming way. Great base for day tours in this area.

Stayed at Phil and Linda's place as a halfway point between Christchurch and Kohaihai for the Heaphy Track. The place was clean, comfortable, and as described. Very convenient location in a quiet setting.
