Special Amenities

Close to cafes and shops yet away from it all. Rural setting with sea views. Built on a character block sharing with a barn building but separated. Many other beaches apart from Mangawhai Heads beach within a short distance including Langs Beach and Waipu Cove. Mangawhai golf course just down the road or visit Waipu golf course. Vineyards very close by and Bennets famous chocolate shop close by in the village.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

Saturday morning market at the village and Tavern are famous and for those with fitness in mind plenty of walking and running tracks including the fitness trail at the MAZ zone. Fishing, paddle boarding, available.

Clean, bright and cheerful apartment with beautiful views of the esturary and the ocean beyond. Close to shops and a short walk to the beach. Host is so lovely and hosptiable. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely go again.

The Chalet is in a lovely quiet spot overlooking Mangawhai with views out to the estuary from the front windows, and a rural outlook from the back deck. It's well equipped with everything you need, a very comfy bed and separate bathroom. The estuary and Heads shops and eateries are an easy 15 to 20 minute walk away. We very much enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

This is an excellent property. Very clean and tidy. It has everything you need and plenty of space. Lovely views but also quiet and private. The owner is very good to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.
