Palm Tree House is centrally located within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the supermarkets and shops. There is plenty of off street parking and a large lawn at the back of the house. Outside seating on a small deck is available for you to enjoy the lovely evenings in Motueka. The vegetable garden will have seasonal herbs for your use and maybe seasonal salad depending on the time of year. The pantry is available for your use. I just say you are welcome to use a little and if you use a lot, please replace.

Nearby attractions are Kaiterieri and Marahau and the Able Tasman walkway. The Great Taste Trail is about 10 minutes walk and there are many lovely walks around the estuaries. The Moutere with its galleries, wineries and cafes is about 20 minutes away. Nelson Airport is approximately 35 minutes and Nelson city is 40 minutes. Richmond is about 25 minutes. And, if you are into trout fishing, the Motueka River is about ten minutes drive. Then of course, by then there will be an abundance of berries available from the local growers. The wonderful Golden Bay/Takaka is 1 hour away over a magnificent drive over the Takaka Hill
