The open plan lounge and dining area opens onto a covered balcony with BBQ. The large and fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. Everything in the house is modern – furniture, carpeting, electronics and appliances. An effective heat-pump has been installed to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Please note the heat-pump is in the main living area and not in the bedrooms. The bedrooms have both heaters and fans for your comfort. There is plenty of space, with a second lounge that can be used as a kids area, an extra bedroom or a private haven. Up to 8 people can be comfortably accommodated in 2 large king beds, 1 double bed (with single bunk above), and on two fold-out double sofa beds in the second lounge. There are two bathrooms and two toilets at the house. The house is alarmed for security and fully set up with professionally laundered, high quality linen and towels, toiletries, all kitchen equipment and washer & dryer. 2 Smart TVs, wifi and boardgames. A portacot and highchair are also available. The house provides a secure double garage with internal access. NB. The house is down a steep driveway and has 2 internal sets of stairs. It is therefore not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The fireplace is not for use - there is a very efficient heat pump instead.
