The Master King and Queen bedrooms in the upper level of the house open out onto a gorgeous open plan living and dining room and on the lower level you have a second huge living area (come fourth bedroom space with single bed) which connects through via a large cavity slider to the 4 queen bunks bedroom, whilst outside there is a further Queen sleep out room which opens onto the huge lawn area. The downstairs rooms are serviced by the second bathroom and there is a further seperate toilet in the Laundry area. So there are multiple sleeping options for large family groups
The covered Spa and outdoor shower are connected via a large open window to the huge lawn area. The entire property has been beautifully-styled and every part of the house works for family entertainment from spacious sun drenched decks to multiple play areas with basketball , ping pong, Sky sports & smart TV, expansive lawn and beach front access. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas.
